Open the blend you want to use as a library.  Select model.

Note:
  • The blend being used as a library can contain more than one model and/or groups.

Create a group.

Note:
  • A group can contain just one model or dozens.

Instructions:
  • Properties menu >> Object button
  • Groups tab >> + button

Add new group

Give it a unique name

  • Properties menu >> Object button
  • Groups tab >> Text box
