Note:
  • Engine: Blender Render and Engine: Blender Game have different menus.
 
Instructions:
  • Info menu >> Engine box >> Blender Game

Add a Second Camera.

Note:
  • I named my cameras Cam1 and Cam2. 
  • To change the name of an object, select the object, open it's properties (N key) and scroll down to the Item tab. 

Instructions:
  • Info menu >> Add >> Camera

Make Cam1 the active camera.

Note:
  • The active camera is the camera that the player uses when the game first starts.

Instructions:
  • 3D View >> Select Cam1
  • Ctrl Numpad 0 (zero)

3D View menu >> View >> Cameras >> Set Active Object as Camera
