Map UV Texture to image with alpha

Game object:  Edit Mode

UV/Image Editor menu >> Image box
Select image
Fit UV map to image

Texture Face tab:
Enable Tex button
Enable Alpha or Clip Alpha button

Note:
The Copy button will copy the selected  'Active Face Alpha Blending' setting to the rest of the selected faces.

Game object:  Edit Mode

Buttons Window menu >> Editing
Texture Face tab
Enable Tex button

Texture tab
Select texture holding the image with alpha

Map Input tab
Enable UV button

UV Texture name:
Enter the name of the UV Texture

Map To tab
Enable Col (color) button
