1. Add a 2nd Camera to your scene in
a different position

Spacebar >> Add >> Camera

User Perference menu >> Add >> Camera
2. Give the Cameras something to
look at

3. Select a Camera.
Note:
I'm
attaching the logic bricks to Cam1, the active camera. But
they
don't have to be attached to the active camera. They can be
attached to any camera.
3D View >> Camera >> Click on it.
