Returns if the Focus button on Mouse Sensor >> Mouse over any is enabled.   (When the Pulse button is enabled, moving the mouse over a different object generates a pulse.)

Return Type:  bool
     1 = enabled
     0 = not enabled

Note:
Read only.  Works with Mouse Sensor Type: Mouse over any
