5.  Collision Box Scale: set to 1.0 (if it isn't already)

Note:
  • The scale should be 1.0.  Unless there is a reason, it should always be 1.0

Instructions:
  • Collision Box selected:  Object mode
  • 3D View window >> Object >> Transform Properties
or
  • N Key
  • Set scale to 1.0 (if it isn't already)
Ctrl + A key >>Scale to ObData
   



   
6.  Collision Box Axis:  X-axis (width), Y-axis (length), Z-axis (height)

Note:
  • The Vehicle Wrapper uses the vehicle's X-axis for width, the Y-axis for length and the Z-axis for height. 

Instructions:
  • Collision Box selected:  Object mode
  • Enable 3d transform manipulator: Local
  • Align axis (if it isn't already)
Collision Box selected:  Edit mode
Select all vertices
Rotate as needed
