11.  Connect the Python Controller to Both Motion Actuators

Both Camera and Player selected:  Object Mode

Buttons Window menu >> Logic (F4)
Pull wire from brass bump to brass dimple


12.  Optional:  Cap amount player can look up/down
 
Note:

Range is 0 degrees to 180 degrees

Note:
Property must be named Cap.  Can't be named Fred or cap or anything else.  The python code looks for a Property attached to the camera named Cap.

Add Property named Cap to the Camera
Buttons Window menu >> Logic (F4)
Add Property button
Type:  integer
Name:  Cap
Amount:  90


 
13.  Optional:  Invert the mouse pitch

Note:

Property must be named Invert.  Can't be named Fred or invert or anything else.  The python code looks for a Property attached to the camera named Invert.
