Weapon Reticle:  Blender MultiTexture Materials

1.  Select Blender Multitexture Materials

User Preference menu >> Game >> Blender Multitexture Materials


  
2.  Add a new scene

Note:
This example uses an Overlay Scene to display the Weapon Reticle.
 
User Preference menu >> SCE box
ADD NEW
Add scene
Empty
Give it a unique name


 

   
3.  Add a camera to the new scene

Note:

The overlay scene must have camera.

Note:
It doesn't matter where you position the camera 

Add camera
User Preference menu >> Add >> Camera
or
Spacebar >> Add >> Camera

Set Camera position
Transform Properties
N key
or
3D View menu >> Obect >> Transform Properties
Camera Position
LocX = 0.00
LocY = 0.00
LocZ = 2.00
Camera Rotation
RotX = 0.00
RotY = 0.00
